We report the case of a 30-year-old female patient with phantom limb pain in right lower extremity refractory to oral analgesic treatment. She was referred to our Pain Unit where we decided to place a ziconotide intrathecal pump. The result was an improvement in pain that allowed the patient to regain her daily life.
