The complex regional pain syndrome is a variety of pain conditions of regional location after a distal predominance's injury with symptom that exceed the clinical evolution in magnitude and duration, with motor worsening and progressive course. Inside the pathofisiology of complex regional pain syndrome are recognize some of the factors that can produce it, and consequently proposed treatments that are evaluated with the actual evidence. One of the theories proposed that can contribute to the complex regional pain syndrome appearance is the Factor of Tumour Necrosis a, FTN alfa, and therapeutic offer is the use of FTN alfa inhibitor monoclonal antibody, infliximab. The objective is look over the diagnostic appearance, pathofisiology and the actual evidence in the infliximab use at complex regional pain syndrome.
