A case of dissociative identity disorder (multiple personality) is described, which motivated forensic study as it was directly related with a homicide of a newborn baby. Multiple personality is not a very frequent disorder, exceptional in the forensic environment, consisting of the coexistence in one individual of two or more independent personalities. The present paper tries to call attention to its existence and the way it presents.
