Abstract

Lichen striatus is a self-limited inflammatory genodermatoses. It is generally asymptomatic, and it has a clinical diagnosis. It affects predominantly children from 2 to 12 years old and its etiology is unknown. The eruption is typically unilateral involving the extremities. It usually has a spontaneous resolution within a few months. We describe the case of a 4-year-old girl who consulted for a compatible lesion.
