Abstract

GONZALEZ TRIJUEQUE, David  and  DELGADO MARINA, Sabino. Forensic report: a case of mobbing. Rev. psicol. trab. organ. [online]. 2008, vol.24, n.1, pp.113-124. ISSN 2174-0534.

Forensic psychology represents a classic psychology specialty among Anglo-Saxon countries which is becoming more and more important in Spain nowadays -it is becoming usual that forensic experts advise courts and judges on psychological issues. Furthermore, psychologist’s intervention as a forensic expert in social jurisdiction is a novel activity compared to other fields such as criminal, under aged and families. Therefore, expertise on preventive actions and work psychology are very useful, not to say that a comprehensive training in clinical psychology (evaluation, psycho-diagnosis, psychopathology, etc.) is a key ingredient of a skilled forensic expert. This paper is a report by forensic and work psychology experts on mobbing, a subject matter that can be approached in Spain from different jurisdictions -civil, criminal, social, administrative.

Keywords : Mobbing; Workplace bullying; Forensic report.
