The evaluation and research platforms are becoming tools that facilitate these tasks with reduced costs and large samples. In this paper, partly MenPas platform for psychosocial assessment online. We present data on the reliability of the area of Quality / Organizational. The estimated Cronbach´s Alpha ranges between 0,838 and 0,961. These results support the proposed methodology for using the platform MenPas as a reliable tool that can reduce social desirability.
