The borderline personality disorder (BPD) is a severe disorder consisting of a general pattern of impulsivity and instability in relationships, self-image and emotions which often require intensive, multidisciplinary and long lasting treatment. We present a clinical case with this type of approach, a 30 year old patient with BPD and body dysmorphic disorder with predominant impulsive and potentially harmful behaviors.
