CLINICAL CASE: A 43 year-old male. Smoker of 20 cigarrettes a day. Appendicectomy and urethral lithiasis. He was refered presenting an asymptomatic well-confined lucent lesion in the right mandibular angle (fig 1-2). He did not know the evolution time. We asked for a CT scan (fig 3-4).
