Cemiplimab has shown substantial anntitumor activity in patients with cutaeous squamous cell carcinoma. Patients with locally advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma have a por prognosis with conventional systemic therapy. We present a case report of the safety and antitumor activity of cemiplimab in a patient with locally advanced cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
