The registre in medical documents of the radioactivity dose of those casualties assisted in Health Premises while in Operations is a responsibility of the premises themselves. This technical note itemises both how to describe the dose in the medical documentation of the casualties and how to operate with the dosimeters of ionising radiation carried by the patients.
