Abstract

The bilateral micronodulillary pattern involves multiple diagnostic possibilities that include inflammatory, infectious, neoplastic, interstitial and autoimmune pathologies, among others. We present a clinical case with definitive diagnosis of carcinomatous lymphangitis secondary to pulmonary adenocarcinoma and the different diagnostic tests needed to obtain an accurate diagnosis.
