The concept of human dignity, the meaning of life, liberty, affects the meaning of death. Palliative care and conscientiousness handled properly these expressions the end of life, which define specific situations and actions well defined, on which depends the good medical practice, social and human, with those who are in their last moments. Every human being arises once in life as will his death. When finitude is close, which is expected to live and be treated as a person until the last moment, regardless of where the death occurs. Life philosophy before death, between desire and social imposition.
