Abstract

Introduction:

There has been a great advance in treatments in oncology, the adverse effects of immunotherapy entails a greater complexity of care.

Methodology:

Descriptive study on the main immune-mediated effects detected in the newly created nursing consultation This study has an intensification grant from the research institute of the hospital of realization.

Results:

N=100 patients where the main immune-mediated effects have been asthenia, arthralgia and myalgia, followed by grade 2-3 transaminitis.

Discussion:

The main effect has been hepatitis, which does not coincide with other studies.
