Abstract

MARTIN DE LA TORRE MARTIN, Mª Mercedes  and  RUBIES ASENSIO, Francisco Javier. Monitoring of especially sensitive workers in the nursing consultation. Rev Asoc Esp Espec Med Trab [online]. 2021, vol.30, n.3, pp.328-342.  Epub Dec 20, 2021. ISSN 3020-1160.

The adaptation of the especially sensitive worker takes the Occupational Risk Prevention Service to arrange and work out a specific action. Most of the published articles are based on the identification and diagnosis of the worker, without delving into how the follow-up must be carried out to confirm that the preventive actions and changes in working conditions indicated are suitable and effective. Our target is to establish a follow-up that guarantees compliance with the measures or restrictions established, so that the particularly sensitive worker is no longer exposed to contraindicated risks. We design process measuring indicators, establishing standard values to show in an objective way their weaknesses and strengths.

Keywords : Working Conditions; Health surveillance; Security Measures; Working Environment/prevention & control; Worplace.
