Duplication of spermatic cord. An infrequent finding

Spermatic cord pathology is uncommon, limited to torsions, vasculitis nodosa and benign tumors like lipoma.

Malformations are generallly asymptomatic and necropsy is the gold standard for their finding.

Nowadays, the increasing number of vasectomies drives, as in our case, to findings with clinical transcendence like permeable double spermatic cords, unseen in the operating room and driving to failure of the procedure.
