Introduction: Patients with chronic renal failure on hemodialysis are a group of people with very particular characteristics. In this case, the disease, adaptation and coping are influenced by beliefs about it are taken. Studying the coping mechanisms of the disease and the degree of satisfaction with health care, especially nursing care, will determine, together with the appreciation of the degree of subjective well-being expressed around the concept of quality of life, the presence adaptive or maladaptive behavior related to chronic disease that these patients suffer. These concepts are studied through surveys of 350 patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis treatment in different hospitals and the Region of Murcia, in order to describe the perceived quality of life, coping styles and satisfaction with nursing care that these patients experience, and the factors that determine different outcomes between patients or others. These results demonstrate how the idea main conclusion that "there is no charity without autonomy, since the benefit defined by the autonomous person in relation to their value system," so would be needed to analyze the patient's values in the clinical process Objectives: Describe the quality of life, coping styles and satisfaction with nursing care, which experienced a group of patients with chronic renal failure, hemodialysis, in the Region of Murcia. From this overall objective, we propose the following specific objectives: Analyze the factors and variables that differentiate the different perceptions of quality of life and coping styles of each of the study patients, such as age, sex, length of stay, severity of illness and other demographic variables. Material and methods: Study conducted in 2009 with 350 patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis, distributed in schools and hospitals in the Region of Murcia Conclusion: The values are the most important thing we all human beings in our lives. And the way we manage and depend on us to feel happy or not, on the one hand, and healthy for another. The new nephrology, as the new medicine, including the new ethics must be designed to better manage the values that shape the life and ideals of people. Only in this way we can help our fellow citizens to be more healthy and happy.
