Abstract

Objectives: MAS Prevención design a Medical protocol performance with a software tool that detects and report high incidence of pre-job accidents or pre-occupational diseases from overexertion of músculoskeletal disorders. Material and methods: Computerized alarms are generated by extrapolating protocolized information from workers health examinations. These are for those in charge of the area of Ergonomics and Occupational Health Phisician who monitor the health of different companies workers. Results: We study 146257 workers from 2469 different companies. In 11487 (6.95%) cases pathology is detected and in companies with 15% of cases, 495 alerts are generated. The highest percentage of pathology detected corresponds to the segment of the population between 35 and 50 while increasing the average age increases the detection of pathology. Conclusions: This system identifies and locates the early pathology and jobs that require ergonomic performance, implements education campaigns and promotes healthcare and detect populations aged.
