PURPOSE: Juvenile ovary granulosa cell tumor (GCT) is a rare tumor that differs from the typical ovary adenocarcinomas. We make a bibliographic review of the disease. MATERIAL AND METHODS: We present a 35 year old woman with relapse of an ovary GCT, indicating the administered therapy and the current situation. CONCLUSIONS: Surgery is the gold standard therapy. Chemotherapy is to be reserved for some cases.
