Abstract

Necrotizing sialometaplasia is a self-limiting, benign inflammatory condition simulating malignant entities. We expose the case of a 24-year-old smoker and bulimic patient, who presented two ulcerated lesions with an erythematous fundus on the hard palate with spontaneous resolution.
