Abstract
BLANQUER FAGOAGA, L. and ALCON SAEZ, J.J.. Anterior cervical hypertrichosis: Just a single clinical finding?. Rev Pediatr Aten Primaria [online]. 2010, vol.12, n.47, pp.431-435. ISSN 1139-7632.
Hypertrichosis is the excessive hair growth anywhere on the body. It may be classified by age of onset and according to the extension as congenital or acquired and localized or generalized. We report the case of a young girl with anterior cervical hypertrichosis, an uncommon variant of localized congenital hypertrichosis. The anterior cervical hypertrichosis may be associated with other clinical signs that must be known to make a proper assessment.
