CLINICAL CASE: A 8-year-old boy was referred to the Universitary General Hospital of Valencia with no significant medical history, but an enlargement of the right alveolar process presenting semi-erupted primary molars (fig. 1,2). The lesion produced a hard unilateral maxillary enlargement and was asymptomatic. The oral mucosa covering the alveolar ridge was of normal color and not ulcerated. The patient exhibited mild facial asymmetry (fig 3). The parents were enable to inform about the period of developement or the enlargement of the lesion. Some radiographs (fig 4-7) and a biopsy were taken.
