Involvement and personal experience of the author in 4 of the 15 seasons that the Spanish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery have organized in Chiclayo (Peru) is presented below: 2001, 2005, 2007 and 2015; in India with the organization Vicente Ferrer in 2006; and in Ngandanjika (Democratic Republic of Congo) with Project Ditunga in 2016. All these collaborations have lasted for 15 days, except that of the Congo, which was 10 days. In all the campaigns, pathologies most frequently attended were congenital malformations of the face, followed in importance by congenital malformations of the upper limb and burn sequelae, except for the campaign of Congo where most of the patients presented head and neck tumors.
