Linear IgA bullous dermatosis of Children (LABD) is a rare autoimmune disorder, that consists of outbreaks of vesicular lesions and blisters, with a tendency to spontaneous resolution. Direct immunofluorescence is the diagnostic confirmatory test, that demonstrates the presence of immunoglobulin IgA at the dermoepidermal junction. The differential diagnosis includes other bullous diseases such as Dermatitis herpetiformis, Bullous impetigo and especially Bullous pemphigoid. We present two cases of LABD, recently seen in our department and we do a brief review of the disease.
