Factor analysis, using principal components and varimax rotation revealed eight factors on that the preferences instruments, explaining 48.27% of total variance. Five factors were extracted from the competing demands instrument, explaining 52.98% of the total variance. Conclusions: Results show preliminary validity, further testing is needed.
