Resumen

JARAMILLO ECHEVERRI, Luis Guillermo  y  TORRES ANDRADE, María Verónica. Between simulation and demonstration: contact processes in physical Therapy students. Index Enferm [online]. 2018, vol.27, n.1-2, pp.86-89. ISSN 1699-5988.

The aim of this qualitative study was to understand the contact processes in Physical Therapy students at the University of Cauca during their professional education process. The findings show a relational contact that moves between a theore-tical learning and a lived experience. This understanding can be identified from two categories: a demonstration for learning and permission for dexterity; which denotes the absence of a conscious body or own-body. This issue calls into question health training that uses the body as an "instrument" at the service of a university curriculum.

Palabras clave : Formation in health; Physical therapy; Processes of contact.
