Resumen

VALLES ORTEGA, C.; FERNANDEZ-OZCORTA, E.J.  y  FIERRO SUERO, S.. Fatigue-recovery pattern in a competition competitive high density Junior Women's Basketball. CPD [online]. 2017, vol.17, n.3, pp.183-188. ISSN 1989-5879.

The main objective was to analyze the fatigue and recovery, using two different methods of approach but related to each other; the internal load and external load. The subjects studied were C. B. Junior team Conquero, made it 12 players aged between 16 and 18 years (M = 17.08, SD = .67). Data were collected during the Andalucia Championship Women's Basketball Base held in the 2015 season - 2016. Different variables were studied as internal load as subjective perception of effort, quality of recovery, being perceived and subjective performance appraisal post -match. As for the external load variables, the number of minutes of play each player and jump height was studied. The main results indicated that perceived well-being could be explained by the quality of recovery. Moreover, the assessment of post-match performance could be explained by the time played and the height reached in the jump test. You could say that the tools used are valid for monitoring fatigue and recovery in a period of high density competitive junior players.

Palabras clave : internal load; external load; youth women's basketball; competition.
