The General Secretariat of Defence Policy (SEGENPOL) built the web page of the Congress, with the contents proposed by the General Defence Health Inspectorate (IGESANDEF), which allowed the permanent updating of all the information related to the same.

The design of the Website and the management of its content were carried out by the Centre for Information and Communication Technologies and Systems (CESTIC).

The Website included all information about the congress, including the venue, facilities for the accommodation of the congressmen, the tentative program, registration form for the foreign delegations, and contact information for the different committees, in English and Spanish. (figure 7)

The congress could be followed through a link on the Web that redirected to the CESEDEN YouTube channel, through which the different contents of the program were broadcast live via streaming (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N5cXL0vK7zE).
