Objective:
To describe the perception of the work environment of the professional nurses working at a unit of Oncology - Hematology in a pediatric hospital at the III level.
Method:
Cross-sectional study. Collected Information was about socio-demographic and professional variables through the questionnaire Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index (PES-NWI).
Conclusions:
Nurses of the Oncology-Hematology unit of the Pediatric Hospital classified their working environment as favorable.
