Objective:
analyze the nursing approach based on Nola Pender's health promotion model with a user with alterations in the sleep-rest pattern in the workplace.
Content synthesis:
the nursing approach followed the nursing process by using the taxonomic language NANDA, NOC, NIC. In addition, the Nola Pender model favored the understanding and analysis of the intervened case
Conclusion:
the effectiveness and efficiency of the nursing approach was evidenced based on the standardized language and the Nola Pender model in the intervention with a user with sleeprest pattern alterations
