Resumen

CRUZ MARTIN, Omar. Secondary care regarding Children Rights in Villa Clara, Cuba, 2013. Rev. Bioética y Derecho [online]. 2015, n.35, pp.43-51. ISSN 1886-5887.  https://dx.doi.org/10.1344/rbd2015.35.14280.

Paradoxically, in a society that respects the rights of children, the benefit of one prevents or hinders the enjoyment of others. From the concept of health of WHO 1948, health is seen as wellness in children involves the full exercise of their fundamental rights. In this paper the implementation of the strategy "For a Smile" is published in the pediatric hospital of Villa Clara with the goal of eliminating the contradiction that the enjoyment of the right to health preventing the enjoyment of other rights and assess whether the strategy is a practical possibility of the enjoyment of their rights for hospitalized children in the pediatric J. L. Miranda of Villa Clara. The presented data are general and related to school-age children, however a large number of hospitalized children joined actions and were not excluded for obvious reasons. In the last five years "For a Smile" benefited more than 12,000 children. It looks like the strategy outputs the main rights of children enshrined in the Cuban and international law, and above conclusions.
