The COVID-19 pandemic and its serious repercussions are accelerating the development of a fundamental therapeutic strategy to begin eradicating this illness: vaccines. They are a fundamental instrument of primary prevention that will be administer initially to vulnerable groups or those with high risk of exposure, expanding in later phases the administration to another populations. There can be controversy in vaccinating some specific gynecological groups, like pregnant women, lactating women or patients with gynecological cancer. The purpose of this article is to analyze the information available regarding vaccination in these concrete groups.
