Introduction: through personalized training programs, we explained a guide to caregivers of patients with little or no mobility, which includes preventive measures in preventing pressure ulcers (PU). We assessed the views of the carer on this training Method: descriptive study. Population: caregivers of patients with little or no mobility hospitalized in 2009 and 2010. Sociodemographic variables of caregivers and a semi-structured interview guide valuation were analyzed. Data Analysis: SPSS 15.0 statistical program. Results: over 80% of caregivers believe that the guide is quite useful, the information is clear, increasing their autonomy and supports. Conclusions: prevention resources available would ensure greater safety and appropriateness in providing these cares at home.
