A 68 year-old man, was fond to have both an adenocarcinoma of the lung and a right atrial myxoma during a preoperative Dupuytren disease chest x-ray. The following case is being reported for to discuss diagnosis, to discuss mangement, for the feasible association between diseases and the few previous reports in the English-language literature.
