The aim of this study is to compare the psychometrics characteristics of the versions in clinical administration and self-report of the Liebowitz's Social Anxiety Scale for Children and Adolescents (LSAS-CA; Masia, Hofmann, Klein, Liebowitz, 1999) in a sample of 178 subjects enrolled in school in centers of studies of primary and secondary education of which 99 were presenting Social Phobia. The middle ages of the participants are 12.36 years, being the majority girls (64 %). The versions of the scale were applied bearing the order in mind and time of administration. The results show that the LSAS-CA is a good instrument so much in his version clinical administration as in the self-report version, there are few differences between the two formats.
