Resilience has important clinical implications for patient care as well as for own nursing self-care. Resilience can be consider as an essential and inherent feature of Nursing owing to a continuous exposure to human suffer and stressful working conditions. Therefore, resilience training should be promoted from universities to health centres for improving nursing clinical practice.
