Objectives:

Material and methods:

From the analysis of collective health surveillance carried out by the Prevention Service (SPP) Fraterprevención between 2011 and 2016, the authors present the various sequential steps derived from the most important findings of these analyzes.

Results:

in this paper the consequences of the management process employed in the various aspects identified as deserving of preventive actions are presented.

Conclusions:

the authors proposes a variant of the PDCA (in English plan-do-check-act) cycle which identifies the phases of continuous improvement in the agreements published in this regard, he calls with acronym PECAD (plan, execute, check, adjust and to diagnose) understanding that it is best suited to the everyday reality of PRL (OHS) Services and Spanish lexicon.
