Pandemic caused by the COVID-19 has physically and mentally affected people. A sistematic revision about the influence of the COVID-19 on the exacerbation and the incidence of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) symptoms, in OCD patients and healthy population, was carry out. Results, from 23 investigation articles and 1 case study, are ordained by population and geographic zone, and are discussed being contrasted with previous pandemics. Some indicate that OCD symptomatology have been negatively affected by COVID-19 while others suggest that it haven't been affected and/or have improved. .This topic should continue to be investigated.
