We evaluated the troponine Ic test after its recent inclussion in the clinical guides for heart attack sratification and diagnosis and the wide range of results got by the different diagnostic methods. We evaluated in two different laboratories, the Vitros ECI automatic system and compared it with the automatic systems AxSYM and ACCESS. We also used ROC curves to evaluate the clinic utility got by the three systems.
