CONCLUSIONS: The inflammatory pseudotumor of the bladder is a rare benign lesion of unknown etiology. The most important histopathological differential diagnosis to consider is the rabdomyosarcoma. The immunohistochemistry study is basic in the diagnostic, characterization and differentiation of both pathologies.
