We describe a case of urothelial carcinoma of renal pelvis in a 48 years old woman affected of autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease (ADPKD). We discuss the difficulty of the radiological diagnostic and we revise the incidence of renal tumors in this entity. Association between urothelial carcinomaand ADPKD is highly infrequent and without apparently causal relation.
