Drug addiction has today almost the same therapeutic approach that it had in the first sixties. The therapeutic models prevailing now a days have had success in some patients, although some others have repeted failures and relapses with margination problems associated. This facts plus the modern hypothesis about the drug dependence make necesary to review the goals and procedures in addictives disorders treatment.
