There appears the method of the User's Report which use implies the utilization of qualitative (groups of discussion) and quantitative (questionnaire) instruments to measure the satisfaction of the adult patients attended ambulatory and relatives of psychotic. The results obtained in the evaluation of the satisfaction serve practical improvements to propose in the management and the attention of the patients and relatives who come to the center of mental health.
