GONZALEZ, Alicia et al. Report on the restructuring of mental health care in the Balearic Islands and proposal for futher development: January 2000-March 2003. Rev. Asoc. Esp. Neuropsiq. [online]. 2003, n.87, pp.157-178. ISSN 2340-2733.

The Reform Process of the Attention to de Mental Health in the Illes Balears since January 2000 to the 31^st of March 2003 is analysed in this report. That Process is revised from the Historic Perspective, Juridical Frame, Organizational and of Management Model, Modifications for the citizen participation and changes in Continued Formation, Teaching and Investigation. Also, a current exhibition of the devices of attention to the mental health and professionals is made, the comparative analysis of the evolution of the resources and professionals according to the Technical Committee of mental health recommendations. A qualitative and quantitative valuation of the obtained data is made, and for last, general and specific recommendations for the continuity of the reform process are made.
