The presence of serious behaviour disorders in children and teenagers due to mental illness raises the need for health and socio-educational-health devices, with joint participation and functional integration of the three implied areas. The working party has developed over two years the following report where these several internment devices are described, with a previous statement of the need for a sufficient assistance network for children and teenagers, and paying a special attention to the preventive and early detection politics.
