Following Lacan's teaching about the Psychosis included in "The Seminar, Book III. The Psychosis" and "On a question preliminary to any possible treatment of psychosis" we intend to clear up three basics issues from our clinical practice: the value of manifest in hallucinations due to psychotic structure, the attitude of therapist in relation to his patient and our arguments for not using interpretation (in the sense of interpretation in neuroses) in psychosis.
