The "Strategy for Mental Health NHS" group recommends creating resources for common mental disorders in primary care. The grief is a complaint frequently. By introducing psychological interventions in primary care in Murcia, the team introduced brief psychological treatments proven to common disorders. The work with a group of psychotherapy focused on the duel has been aimed, for to avoid chronicity. The treatments are applied by a resident in clinical psychology. The group format as the most efficient is chosen. The group develops in 6 sessions, with (pre-post) standardized assessment. In the duel the BDI, the STAI and the Texas Revised Inventory of Grief are used. The sessions are of cognitive behavioral court, considering the emotional component. Results and reflections of the work are presented.
