Schwannoma is a benign tumour of Schwann cells of the peripheral nerves. When originated from branches of the V cranial nerve can represent 0.7 % of eyelid tumours. Although rarely malignant, surgery is the treatment of choice. Until we can know, there are 11 cases reported in the literature. Our goal is to present a case of eyelid schwannoma in a 51 years old patient with a history of previous transconjunctival excision of chalazion.
