Abstract
CASADO SANCHEZ, C. et al. Blocked circunferencial flap: a new reconstructive option. Cir. plást. iberolatinoam. [online]. 2013, vol.39, n.2, pp.159-162. ISSN 1989-2055. https://dx.doi.org/10.4321/S0376-78922013000200007.
The purpose of the present paper is to present a new reconstructive option based in a random circular flap raised just next to the tissue defect, which is filled with tissue of the same thickness and color, and a round block purse string suture including both, the defect and the flap. We think it is a versatile option that can be used to close defects in many parts on the body. The present paper tries to demonstrate this versatility and describes the steps to achieve good results.
Keywords : Random flap; Round block suture.
