The new and important advances in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery of the breast and specially in reconstruction after breast cancer, have lead the radiologist to observe multiple unknown images we were not used to see. Nowadays, lipofilling has replace other older techniques because of its results and advantages in front to mammary implants, autologous reconstruction and filling with hialuronic acid. However it´s a technique with drawbacks or disadvantages we consider important that both surgeons and patients know.
