Abstract

Breast primary squamous carcinoma is an infrequent entity. It appears typically as a voluminous breast cystic tumour of rapid evolution. It is characteristic the development of a systemic dissemination generally in the absence of regional lymph node metastases. In most cases hormone receptors are lacking, and radiological findings are not specific. The treatments described in the medical literature consist of a combination of surgery, chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
